Fortunately, there are many ways to tackle gambling addiction. Among the most important is to seek support from family and friends, as well as a peer support group such as Gamblers Anonymous. In addition, it is important to seek treatment for underlying mood disorders such as depression, anxiety or stress, which can trigger and exacerbate gambling problems. Lastly, it is important to practice healthy money management and avoid gambling with money that you could not afford to lose.
